H.E.L.L.O. commits to encouraging healthy habits in kids and their families.
2025: H.E.L.L.O. shipped 10 AED kits to Liberia but the batteries expire in October, 2025. We are currently raising funds to purchase replacement defibrillator batteries and cardiac pads. These kits are being distributed to various hospitals, clinics and government buildings. Trained healthcare workers will train recipients on how to operate the defibrillator. Please visit the Donate page if you are able to help.
2014: H.E.L.L.O. partnered with a medical team from Gathering Together to visit, assess, and treat residents in three large towns throughout Liberia. Hundreds of children, youth, women, and men were encouraged and supported through medicine, minor procedures, and prescribed advice at no charge.
2008: H.E.L.L.O. sponsored the program, Kick HIV/AIDS Out of Liberia. Students from ten schools played in a football and kickball tournament and attended the awareness program which was meant to dispel a popular notion that AIDS is “America’s Idea to Discourage Sex”.
2003: H.E.L.L.O. brought 1,600 pounds of rice to the Maimu Displacement Camps in Totota, Bong County, Liberia. Rice provided an encouraging meal as the displaced people were usually only given rationed bulgur wheat.
